Hey all. Been a while. To be honest I haven't really touched my DA account in years and for pretty good reason. First was the artblock which I'm sure most of you noticed when my art started slowing to a crawl. Second... I really hate what DA has become. I may not be the best artist but all this AI garbage is driving me nuts. The latest fiasco with them promoting "AI Artists" over actual artists was pretty much the breaking point for me. So I've been putting it off but I'm planning on deleting my account. Not sure when, but certainly by the end of the month. I'll give a heads up a few days in advance. I've since moved to BlueSky if you want to follow me there- my art has changed a bit, but I still love the things I used to, and maybe if people pester me enough for certain things I'll consider drawing certain things again. I'll probably re-upload some of my art here to BlueSky. But not all of it since there's a lot of stuff I'm not happy with or just don't feel like

I know I've not been very consistent here on DA, but I just wanted to thank the commenters that left "Happy Birthday" on my page yesterday. It was kind of a lonely birthday this year for me- it was the first year all my siblings are out of state (except one who still lives nearby but has cut social contacts) :( But it was still a nice quiet celebration. I hope you all are well and are enjoying the summer.

My last Journal was in April of last year?  I'm sorry for being out of contact.  I just haven't had anything to talk about, and I haven't done much in terms of artwork either. My life is pretty stagnant right now.  Just trying to take it one day at a time.
